We’re looking at R.E.B.E.L.S. volume 2 # 16. Vril Dox is putting his team of L.E.G.I.O.N.aires back together, and the first thing he needs to find is a location for his headquarters. And in true Vril Dox fashion, he goes about it in the most world-shaking manner. Unfortunately, in doing so, he’s angered Starfire’s sister, Blackfire. Whoops.

Starfire comes to the Vega system, while Dox tries to rebuild L.E.G.I.O.N.

We’re looking at the last chapter of the Starro epic. Fourteen issues and an annual later, Vril Dox, Adam Strange, Captain Comet and the Omega Men think they’ve finally found a way to toss this starfish back into the ocean. Have they? Let’s find out.
