We’re looking at R.E.B.E.L.S. volume 2 # 17.  It’s the conclusion to “What Happens in Vega.”  Vril Dox is making plans with all kinds of folks now that he’s set up shop on New Rann in the Vega system.  He’s aligning himself with Thanagarian Hawk police and giving a home to the Tamaraneans and the Rannians.  What could possibly go wrong?

We’re looking at R.E.B.E.L.S. volume 2 # 16. Vril Dox is putting his team of L.E.G.I.O.N.aires back together, and the first thing he needs to find is a location for his headquarters. And in true Vril Dox fashion, he goes about it in the most world-shaking manner. Unfortunately, in doing so, he’s angered Starfire’s sister, Blackfire. Whoops.
