The Legion is all about time travel, and that has led to the Subs loving a lot of things about time travel. In this episode, Darren and Paul discuss some of the time travel stories they love most!

Paul, Darren, that was a fun, offbeat show. For a while there I was afraid you were going to forget the Doctor. I should have known better.
My guilty pleasure pick: the movie Time After Time. H.G. Wells chases Jack the Ripper to 1970s San Francisco in the actual, working “time machine.” In fact, I think this joins The Time Machine as the only stories mentioned thus far in which the future is explored rather than the past.
I apologize if you’ve covered this in a previous podcast, but I just started reading “Teenagers from the Future,” a collection of Legion essays published by Sequart. It includes two essays by some guy named Elmslie. I assume some of the Subs have read it. Any thoughts?
I’ve been loving catching up on old episodes lately. Thanks a million, guys.
My favorite comics time traveling story is “Days of Future Past” (Uncanny X-Men 141-142). I did enjoy the Generations I and II tales by John Byrne at DC but X-Men is the best.
In literature, I really enjoyed the TimeWars series by Simon Hawke. This is not an easy series to find anymore. (ebay has a lot of #1-10/free ship for $50US great price! Amazon also has some as well as Kindle editions — two of which you can read for free with Prime) I enjoyed it when it started in 84 and recently read almost all of them again. Time is NOT a place here. What happens affects time, there are consequences and to keep the time line in tact, sometimes someone has to give up a lot.
